Overview
I worked on HealO as a product design consultant. I was the only designer in the team, providing both UX and UI design. In addition, I collaboratively worked with my client and a development consultant both remotely and in person.
The goal was to develop an initial concept that will modernize the pharmacy industry by designing a digital platform's delightful and straightforward user experience.
Discovery
Based on research and question asked to stakeholders, data show:
User needs to be able to check their e-prescriptions
User needs to be able to set ON automatic refills
User needs to be able to request new prescriptions
User needs to be able to set up medication reminders (Calendar)
User needs to be able to see a list of all medications
User needs to be able to video call a pharmacist from web/app
User needs notifications (Reminders, Delivery)
User needs to be able to ask for help (Support)

Design process
These discoveries lead to a conversation between the client and me that included reviewing low-fidelity wireframes. After finalizing the meeting, I moved into defining the UI and branding the visual language for HealO
Brand image
The visual image turned out to be a fusion of a dynamic and straightforward layout driven by card components. Also, a dark theme to complement visual identity, and the user to stay focused.
