Problem
The Red Cross provides various services and supports many people around the year, and its website generates a considerable amount of traffic, averaging almost 3.6M of visitors per month according to www.similarweb.com; however, three problems were found on the website after synthesizing the research.
Three Problems
Visual and information hierarchy like CTA's, imagery, titles, form fields, and inconsistent grouping on sections is making the website not accessible leading users to confusion
